There are common source of neck pain which is caused by disorder of neck tendons and also related to the syndromes of the pain itself, they are whiplash, cervical spinal stenosis as well as cervical herniated disc and cervical adenitis.

due to prolonged work in the office. As a result I can not work well at that time and I am very sorry due to pain in the neck that I suffered at that time. Finally I had to go to a hospital and get intensive treatment of my personal physician.

They say that sometimes people are too disparaging about the existence of the neck tendons, resulting in a lot of pain to be caused by neck tendons are not getting attention at all.

Modern way of lifes makes many people reluctant to exercise in the morning after waking up to the neck tendons which is do not get healthy care to begin the day’s activities. As a result many of us get neck pain when we are working in the office.

Usually sleep too late can cause pain in the neck, the neck is because the tendons are too rigid and can not be loose when you are asleep, and can also occur because you made a mistake in his sleep with a pillow that is not appropriate.

There are a few tips and suggestions so that you maintain the health of your neck tendons, the first is not to tinker with the pillow to sleep which is not perfect for you. This is important because having sleep with a pillow that is not good you will make neck position during sleep will make the neck tendons become stiff when you wake up. And the last is make sure you always performing warm up on your neck when you are working with a long time, so that your neck tendons become a flexible .
